By accessing and using SendLib, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Permission is granted to temporarily use SendLib's API for personal or commercial use, subject to rate limits and fair use policies. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
SendLib is strictly designed for relaying legitimate 1-to-1 transactional emails (e.g. welcome messages, password resets, OTP verification codes, purchase receipts, etc.) triggered by genuine user actions.
Unsolicited mass emailing, commercial spam, cold outreach campaigns, or any attempt to bypass system rate limits is strictly prohibited. SendLib reserves the right to immediately terminate access, revoke API keys, and suspend accounts violating this policy without prior notice.
The materials on SendLib's website and API are provided on an 'as is' basis. SendLib makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.
In no event shall SendLib or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the SendLib API.
